Reviews and Ratings
If you're on a business trip, the hotel is equipped with everything you need in the rooms, but the layout could be more user-friendly. The location is perfect for exploring Wroclaw, but noise might be an issue. The service is generally helpful, but there could be improvements in communication. Dining offers a wide variety, but quality may vary. Overall, it's a decent option in a prime location.
The hotel is ideally located in the bustling Market Square, making it convenient for exploring the city on foot. While the rooms were spacious and equipped with essential air conditioning, some noise from ongoing building work affected the overall experience. The bathroom size was a bit tight for two guests, better suited for single occupancy.
The hotel offers a mix of good and not-so-great experiences. On the positive side, the rooms for single occupancy were good and clean with great amenities and a perfect location. However, they were also very loud. The service was exceptional, scoring a perfect 10 for being always friendly and helpful. The location shines with its superb position in the middle of the old town, close to numerous restaurants and bars.
Staying at this hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean, making it an excellent choice for a business trip. The service was top-notch with a perfect balance of helpfulness and cheerfulness. The location was unbeatable right in the heart of Wroclaw's city center, although late-night activities from nearby bars could be a potential downside. The dining experience was satisfying with regularly topped-up dishes, but the price for what was offered may not be the best value. The facilities were convenient and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay.
The hotel's rooms with 2 separate beds were very clean and new, boasting a great bathroom. Despite being on the lively old town square, which can be a bit noisy, the rooms are well-equipped and meticulously clean, perfect for travelers who are mostly out exploring.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, while being worth the money, were a bit disappointing. The service from the cleaning ladies was super attentive and helpful. The location couldn't be better, right next to the marketplace. However, the dining experience, though with a wide range of meals, fell short compared to other Polish hotels.
